ClashArena is a skill-based Web3 gaming platform. All games and activities on this platform are:

• Free to play — no payment is required to participate in any game.
• Skill-based — outcomes depend entirely on player ability, knowledge, and performance.
• Not gambling — ClashArena does not operate as a gambling platform. No bets are placed and no outcomes are based on chance or luck.
• Reward-based — $CLASH tokens are distributed as community engagement rewards, not as winnings from gambling.

$CLASH tokens earned through gameplay are community engagement rewards. Players understand that:

• $CLASH tokens have no guaranteed monetary value.
• Rewards are distributed at ClashArena's discretion and may be modified at any time.
• Token rewards are not a form of salary, prize money, or financial compensation.
• Earning $CLASH does not constitute a financial transaction or investment return.
• Weekly reward pools (Quiz, Hangman, Games) are subject to change without notice.

To use the ClashArena platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in skill-based gaming or token rewards is prohibited.
• Not use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose.
• Have legal capacity to enter into these terms.

ClashArena implements server-side validation and anti-cheat systems. Players agree to:

• Play fairly and not use any software, scripts, or tools to manipulate game outcomes.
• Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Accept that ClashArena may disqualify, suspend, or ban players found cheating.
• Accept that scores submitted through unauthorized means will be invalidated.

The Quiz and Hangman games operate via Telegram bot. Players understand that:

• Games run on an automated schedule — ClashArena does not guarantee a fixed number of games per day.
• Weekly leaderboard resets every Monday at 10:00 UTC.
• Weekly reward pools are distributed to top 3 players at ClashArena's discretion.
• ClashArena reserves the right to modify game rules, questions, and reward amounts.
• Questions are educational and crypto-knowledge based — no personal data is collected through gameplay.

Purchasing $CLASH tokens during Priority Access is a voluntary investment decision. Buyers acknowledge:

• Crypto assets are highly volatile and may lose value.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Priority Access purchases are final and non-refundable.
• 100% of ETH raised goes directly to Uniswap liquidity.
• Vesting schedules are subject to the published roadmap.
• This is not an investment contract — $CLASH is a utility token for the gaming platform.

All content on ClashArena including games, graphics, branding, smart contracts, and software is the intellectual property of ClashArena. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ClashArena does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of information, or specific reward outcomes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

ClashArena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, token value fluctuations, game outcomes, or technical failures. Total liability shall not exceed the amount of $CLASH tokens directly allocated to the user through official channels.

ClashArena collects minimal data necessary to operate the platform:

• Ethereum wallet addresses for authentication and reward distribution.
• Telegram usernames for Quiz and Hangman participation.
• Game scores and session data for anti-cheat validation.
• No personal identification, payment information, or sensitive data is collected.
• Data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

ClashArena reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
